  • Hanging Weight Estimates
    • 1/4 Cow – 140-60lbs.
    • 1/2 Cow – 290-320 lbs.
    • Full Cow – 590-630 lbs.

Key Note: The price you’re paying today is for the Grass-Fed Black Angus meat itself. Once the meat is processed, you’ll need to pay the processor to butcher and package the meat for you. Simla Processing is $1.00/lb, and Jensen’s Blue Ribbon Processing is $0.95/lb. Processor payment is due at time of pickup. Custom Cuts will be additional, and you will have to work directly with the processor to achieve your goals.

Thank you for purchasing from Winter's Beef Cattle Ranch. We hope you are happy with your purchase of our high-quality, farm-fresh pork. Please reach out to us with any questions or concerns. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will buy the pork back from you for 50% of the purchase price. This can be in form of a credit to your original method of payment or as a in-house store credit to be used on a future order. Beef must be kept frozen at all times. Any returns must be returned to us in a frozen state. Deposits are non-refundable.
